This is an interior render of a 1st floor bedroom of a duplex apartment in the Molinar district of Palma (Mallorca). It has a ceramic floor and wooden furniture and beams, as well as a ceiling made of OSB boards. The philosophy of the house is to use local Mallorcan material, which is present in a raw form and contributes texture and colour.
The room overlooks the Molinar’s promenade and receives a lot of sunlight. It also has a ceiling lamp.
This project has been made with 3ds Max and V-Ray.
